Piedmont Avenue Merchants Association

PAMA was established in 1938 and is among Oakland’s oldest continuing business districts. PAMA contributes to the prosperity and overall environment of our neighborhood, our city and our region.

We work with the Piedmont Avenue Neighborhood Improvement League (PANIL) and Shop Oakland Initiative on the revitalization of our city.

Save the date for Piedmont Avenue’s very own holiday celebration, The Piedmont Avenue Tree Lighting Ceremony, now in it’s sixth year! Kick off the holiday season with festive performances, caroling, Santa Claus, late night shopping, and merriment!

Tree lighting begins at 6PM sharp with festivities continuing until 8PM. For more information contact Noella Teele, Co-Owner of ISSUES Magazine Shop and member of the Piedmont Avenue Merchant Association, at info@issuesshop.com or 510-759-9559.
